hi! my name is maia.
I'm a digital designer based in Brooklyn, NY. I'm passionate about combining modernity, accessibility, and analytics in my work, with special attention to color, layout, and typography. I am adept at print, digital, and email design, and I love being able to create bodies of work that span modalities.
One thing that inspired me recently: the Luna Luna exhibit currently on view at The Shed in Hudson Yards, NY. It is an immersive, carnival experience with featured works by Haring, Basquiat, Dalí, and Lichtenstein, among others. I was incredibly moved by the emotions of joy & love that went into the original project and which were evident in its contemporary resurrection.
Other things I love: horror/thrillers, natural wine, shawarma, stand up comedy, and my cat.
